Area Sales Consultant

Key Objectives: To identify and grow new business. Maintain existing client base through upselling and building client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Standard 10/ Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in or studying towards Business / Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience and customer service
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Skills:
• Target Driven
• Strong negotiations and selling skills
• Excellent communication skills verbal and non verbal
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong administration skills
• Computer literate Office 365
• Be fully bilingual (with a 3rd African language being beneficial)
• Must be able to work independently
• Work well as part of sales team

List of Tasks:
• Sell the services we offer
• Grow the existing customer base
• Find new business and maintain healthy pipeline
• Prospecting & conducting of needs analysis and surveys
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Re-sign, upsell & upgrade of customers
• Follow up on customer queries and ensure after sales service
• Ensure customer satisfaction & smooth running of the business
• Planning of monthly & daily activities and organizing a daily diary
• Submit weekly sales figures, activities & monthly pipeline
