Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in Security Management

Relevant Qualification

Psira Grade A Registered

Prof1t System experience advantageous

Good Computer skills

Good Communication and Strong Reporting Skills

Must be willing to work shift and drive between various Sites

Valid Driver’s Licence

Key Responsibilities & Attributes:

To provide exceptional leadership and management direction to a team of security personnel.

To provide clear and timely communication to all within the business on key issues that affect business delivery, customer service and cost control.

Ensure that the clients assigned to your area of responsibility are managed according to the companies policy and procedures and ISO requirements.

Ensure that the area and/or division budgets are achieved and effectively managed

Adhere to provision of the Client’s risk management and loss control requirements.

The implementation and maintenance of site procedures as approved by client.

To ensure that the assigned security team is well-trained, adequately equipped and professionally managed.

To apply highest level of business ethics and professionalism.

Execution of duties and responsibilities as set out in the customer standard operational procedure.

The suitable candidate should be able to excel at operating in a fast pace environment.

Ability to work in a diverse environment.

Ability to work irregular hours and be flexible with working such hours when requested.
