Key Performance Areas
 Co-ordination of all aspects of HR Function and implementation of site HR plans and projects
 Employee Relations and encouragement of enabling environment
 Management of the plants industrials relations and employee relations
 Talent Management and Employee Development
 Management of HR Budget and monthly reporting
 Site HR payroll input and authorisation
 Site co-ordination of Employment Equity and Skills Development
 Implementation of aligned process and policy for regulatory and audit requirements
Education, experience and competencies required
 3 year degree in HR related field
 5 years HR management experience, 2 of which should be at a supervisory level in a manufacturing environment
 3 years solid IR & labour experience.
 Solid experience in recruitment, payroll, budget and people management, training and development, industrial relations, HR policy and regulations, employee retention.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
 Project management and coaching skills
 Working knowledge of payroll and performance management
 Sound Industrial & labour relations experience and regulatory knowledge
 Sound CCMA – all levels knowledge and experience
 Sound business acumen, maturity and communication skills
 Ability to service customers across the business and build relationships at all levels
 Proactivity, problem solving ability, high energy levels, flexibility, attention to detail, organisational skills, compliance focus, ability to cope with complexity & pressure
